Power system

●Weichai WP10 electronically controlled engine, the emission meets the national non-road machinery Ⅲ stage emission requirements, intelligent and efficient, strong parts versatility, low maintenance cost, low overall fuel consumption rate.

●The whole engine is matched with three power working modes, which can be selected according to the actual working conditions and load demand, realising a reasonable matching of power, efficiency and energy consumption, and the unique one-key power-up mode can be used for extrication from extreme working conditions, such as mud ponds and so on.

Driving System

Ergonomic six-surface unibody cab with large space, good vision and tight sealing.

●The whole cab is sealed with vibration damping system, with low vibration noise, and the noise at the driver’s ear can be reduced to 85dB;

●Wide range of seat adjustment, providing the driver with the most comfortable manoeuvring position.

● Standard equipped with rear-mounted cold and warm air-conditioning, cigarette lighter, USB charging port, radio, sunshade, fire extinguisher, etc., to provide a richer and more humanised driving experience and a comfortable and safe driving environment.

●The whole vehicle safety access system ensures driver safety.

Transmission System

The whole machine adopts dual circuit electronically controlled hydrostatic drive system, load adaptive, steering with load, in-situ steering, stepless speed regulation, flexible and efficient, with excellent performance in narrow field construction.

Manoeuvring System

● Walking manoeuvre electronically controlled single handle operation, working device manoeuvre pilot single handle operation, flexible, light and comfortable manipulation.

Suspended single-pedal structure, realising synchronous control of engine throttle and brake, small size, large foot space, comfortable manipulation.

Adaptability to working conditions

● The chassis system has long grounding length, large ground clearance, smooth travelling and good passability.

● According to the specific working conditions, it can be equipped with straight tilting shovel, half-U shovel, rock shovel, wetland straight tilting shovel, sanitation shovel, three-tooth loosening device, hydraulic winch, etc., with strong working ability; it is equipped with LED working lamp with higher brightness as standard, which improves the lighting ability of construction at night, and is more safe and reliable.

It can be equipped with pressurised cab, and the positive pressure of 110Pa meets the requirements of international standards, which makes it safer and more secure for mining dust, sanitation odour and other harsh construction conditions.

Electrical system

● Intelligent display and control terminal integrated instrument, to achieve self-diagnostic fault display, vehicle data information display is clear and concise.

● The whole vehicle adopts LEONI wiring harness, seamless bellows, splitter wiring, high protection level.

● Core electrical and hydraulic components with stable quality and high reliability.
