· The surfacing high-Cr wear plates and the high-performance wear plates developed by SANY are adopted, and the gateway side components have been optimized, quenched, and tempered, increasing the product life by more than 20%.
· The gateway sides, scrapers, and dumbbells have undergone destructive tests. The central gateway has undergone 10,000 push-pull tests, and the complete machine has undergone no-load and three-machine matching inspection before delivery. Thus, the entire test system and the advanced drag conveyor test bench can ensure the reliability of the whole machine.
· SANY drag conveyor can meet the matching requirements of conveyors under any mining conditions, and a full range of drag conveyors and matching gateway loaders, crushers, self-advancing devices at the tail of belt conveyor, and loader self-advancing devices are available.
· SANY drag conveyor adopts the design of a single shaft extension sprocket assembly and telescopic cylinder installed at the telescopic tail on the goaf side to avoid interference with the coal cutter so that the coal cutter can cut the triangular coal thoroughly, meeting the matching requirements of coal cutters and supports of 05 mainstream manufacturers.
