1. High stability, safety and reliability
It adopts specially designed high stability crawler chassis, which solves the defect of using crane chassis as the chassis of pile driver. Its three-point support structure and track width up to 5 metres under working condition provide better stability and safety.

2. Strong Power
The power head consists of two independent drive systems with adjustable centre distance. Each drive is powered by a 110kW specialised electric motor with strong construction torque and overload capacity, with overload and start-up torque exceeding three times the rated value.

3. Advanced control and monitoring system
Adopting advanced intelligent control technology, CANBUS technology and virtual instrument technology, the self-developed electrical control system is highly integrated with stable, rapid and accurate control. The system is able to monitor the stability, column inclination and main lifting force of the piling machine in real time, etc. It also alarms and locks various misoperations to ensure higher safety. Meanwhile, the operation handle and process have been simplified with user-friendly interface and easy operation.

In addition, a real-time construction monitoring system is optional, which can monitor the construction depth, time, mud flow and other parameters in real time to effectively guarantee the construction quality.
