1. Electric Control System

The EBZ230 roadheader features a flameproof and intrinsically safe switch box and control box, designed for compactness and lightweight operation. This system ensures safety and reliability, with the main controller housed in a closed casing that effectively shields against electromagnetic interference. An LCD screen displays working conditions, while a menu-driven interface allows for flexible and secure parameter settings. It includes protective functions for overvoltage, motor overload, open-phase, short circuit, over-temperature, and earth leakage lockout.

2. Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system of the EBZ230 utilizes a transfer case with multiple pumps for control. Key hydraulic components are sourced from internationally recognized brands, ensuring high performance and reliability.

3. Spraying System
