XCMG XR460D applicable for concrete cast in situ pile for foundation construction such as urban construction,railway,highway,bridge,subway and building.

XCMG XR460D rotary drilling rig adopts special hydraulic telescopic crawler chassis for rotary drilling rigs, which meets the super stability and convenience of transport; it adopts imported Cummins engine, which is powerful and has enough power reserve to satisfy the plateau construction, and the noise and emission meet the standard of Euro Ⅲ; it adopts large triangular luffing structure, which is of super stability; it adopts extra-large drilling mast cross-section, which can reduce the shaking of the drilling mast in the construction, and improve the quality of the construction; and it has been added with the drilling rod carrier, which can reduce the shaking of the drill rod in the construction, and ensure the perpendicularity of the drilling hole;

Adopting special hydraulic telescopic track chassis for rotary drilling rigs to meet the super stability and convenience of transport;

Adopting imported Cummins engine with strong power, enough power reserve to meet the plateau construction, noise and emission to meet Euro III standard;

Adopting large triangular luffing structure, with super stability;

Extra-large drilling mast cross-section reduces the amount of swaying of the drilling mast during construction and improves the construction quality;

The drill pipe bracket is installed to reduce the swaying of the drill pipe during construction and ensure the verticality of the drilling hole;

The hydraulic system adopts load sensing technology, which makes the hydraulic system more efficient and energy-saving;

Various drilling tools can be configured to achieve both wet and dry drilling operations, which is suitable for grouting piles drilling projects of various foundations. The drill pipe adopts machine-locked or friction-type telescopic structure, which transmits torque to the drilling tools through tooth embedded or friction plate, transmitting large torque and high efficiency;

The wire rope of the main winch adopts single layer winding, which is easy and comfortable to operate and greatly improves the service life of the wire rope. And there is a drilling depth detection device on the main winch, the single-layer winding rope makes the depth detection more accurate and convenient for maintenance;

Optional winch pressurisation, with a stroke of 10m, the maximum pressurisation of the winch pressurisation can reach 30 tonnes;

The power head adopts imported reducer and motor of international famous company, with high drilling torque and high working efficiency;

Installed with infrared camera for observing the main reel, the wire rope usage of the main reel can be observed day and night in the driver’s cab.

Equipped with centralised lubrication system as standard, maintenance is more convenient.
