SH32A multifunctional drilling rig adopts Korea Hyundai Euro III emission special chassis, with reasonable layout of power and winch, easy maintenance and repair of the equipment, and special heavy-duty under-chassis (5T weight increase compared with the original JT80 under-chassis), which reduces the centre of gravity and improves the stability of the whole machine.

The rotary braking capacity is greatly improved, so that the equipment greatly improves the life of the drill pipe during construction, and also improves the quality of the pile hole.

The lower mast section is made of folded plates and rectangular tubes welded together and then processed with guide surfaces to improve parallelism and straightness and reduce the clearance with the skid frame.

The lower mast is lengthened and the upper mast is shortened accordingly to reduce the force at the connection; the main winch is centrally located and connected by pin, which is safe and reliable; the equipment is more convenient for maintenance and repair, and the structure is more reasonable.

The wear-resistant plate of slide frame adopts copper-based metal slider instead of nylon plate, which reduces wear and replacement.
