HELI G Series CPCD160-YC-06IIIG Internal Combustion Counterbalanced Forklift

1. Engine:

Xichai CA6DF3-16GAG3U-HL10 engine is selected. The engine adopts the technical route of electronically controlled unit pump + turbocharger intercooler, which meets the national stage IV emission standards. The engine has the advantages of compact structure, stable power output and strong power output;

Yuchai YCA071 60 electronically controlled diesel engine is selected, which adopts BOSCH common rail system, is economical and fuel-efficient, stable and reliable, has national III emission, mature platform, convenient maintenance, good NVH level and strong comfort.

2. Transmission + torque converter: Heli self-made transmission + 340 torque converter is selected, the gear distribution is front four and rear four, intelligent shifting, and manual/intelligent shifting mode switching can be realized.

3. Drive axle: 1) Joint venture technology drive axle, adopts caliper disc service brake, strong load-bearing capacity, reliable braking and convenient maintenance; 2) Large 16t forklift axle housing is selected, and the axle housing load-bearing capacity is increased by 15%.

4. Braking system: The pneumatic hydraulic braking system uses air-over-oil pressurization technology to provide sufficiently large braking torque with very small operating force to ensure effective and reliable braking in various working sites.

5. Hydraulic system: A quantitative system with full hydraulic priority steering is adopted, and Wolf multi-way valve (Italy) + valve stem operation is adopted.

6. Cooling system: A composite radiator is adopted, and the superior heat dissipation performance ensures that all system components can work under good temperature conditions, effectively reducing the failure rate of the whole vehicle and improving the reliability of the whole vehicle.

7. LED lights and LED rotating warning lights throughout the vehicle.
