Power unit–Standard configuration adopts Weichai Deutz WP4G95E221 engine, which ensures that the whole machine has good performance and life; meanwhile, original imported Cummins turbocharged engine and Perkins turbocharged engine are optional;

Transmission – Italian professional manufacturer CARRARO 4-speed synchroniser shift transmission;

Drive axle–Italy professional manufacturer CARRARO company drive axle, rear axle with differential lock, multi-piece wet brake;

Valve – American HUSCO company’s integral valve triple loading valve and six integral digging valve, digging end can be configured with auxiliary joint, can achieve automatic, hand-controlled high and low flow switching, to ensure that the loading operation and the process of travelling has enough traction, power distribution is more reasonable, improve the reliability of the system. The steering hydraulic system adopts Eton steering priority valve;

Pump – using PERMCO company duplex hydraulic pump, peristaltic cast iron material, good uniformity, high pressure resistance;

Overall frame structure

LiuGong CLG777 backhoe loader has loading end at the front and digging end at the rear, commonly known as two busy ends, with a maximum travelling speed of 40km/h, it can be very conveniently transferred from one work site to another, and it is the most ideal work tool for digging trenches, highway pavement maintenance, laying of water mains and gas pipes and other municipal utilities for emergency repair. It has the following advantages:

Integral frame structure (non-articulated frame), better digging stability, more suitable for digging operations;
The excavating working device adopts side-shifting type, which can be shifted sideways according to the need to make the scope of excavation, crushing and other operations bigger; without moving the whole machine, it can realise square pit excavation operation;

The movable arm and bucket bar adopt trapezoidal box structure, which is light in weight and high in strength, effectively eliminating stress concentration, with good structural stability, and able to withstand high frequency and high intensity impact load; the loading end working device adopts a unique eight-linkage mechanism, which makes the bucket automatically keep the initial angle in the shovelling process;

The braking system adopts vacuum booster widely used in automobile industry, which makes the braking of the whole machine more safe and reliable;
The vibration dampers of the whole vehicle are selected from the world-famous brand of German LORD company, and after theoretical calculation, the vibration damping effect is good;

Equipped with two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive switching solenoid valve, two drive modes can be realised; however, it automatically changes to two-wheel drive when it is in 4th gear and driving at high speed; and it automatically changes to four-wheel drive when it is using the driving brake.
