SDLG G9220H Motor Grader

G9220H is a high-speed, high-efficiency, high-precision and multi-purpose product developed by SDLG on the basis of absorbing the advanced technology of Europe, which can achieve the work of ground levelling and trench digging, slope scraping, bulldozing, snow draining, thinning, compaction, fabrication, and mixing, and it is widely used in the construction conditions of highways, airports, national defence projects, mine construction, road building, water conservancy construction, and farmland improvement.

1、 Equipped with Dalian Deutz electronically controlled monoblock pump engine that meets the National III emission standard, it adopts the Deutz engine platform, with high fuel injection pressure, energy saving and environmental protection, strong oil adaptability, and suitable for harsh working conditions. It has three kinds of power curves, which are perfectly matched with the ZF transmission, and it can select the corresponding power mode according to the load to achieve better performance and fuel efficiency, energy saving and high efficiency.

2、The whole machine adopts centralised control, three-level alarm electronic monitoring system, digital step-by-step instrument display, high man-machine interaction and convenient inspection and maintenance; the whole machine control has automatic cruise function, which enables the engine to work at the set speed and reduces the operator’s labour intensity.

3、Adopting European advanced technology of double cylinder driving pallet type working device, adopting double rotary cylinder and rotary valve structure, with large driving force, and can be rotated with load.

4、The pendulum frame adopts lubrication-free and maintenance-free composite bearing, with small friction coefficient, impact resistance, abrasion resistance and high reliability; it adopts hydraulic locking cylinder for positioning, which is convenient for operation.

5、The optimised arrangement of shovel blade structure and oil cylinder makes the work level high.

6、Optional front bulldozer, middle looser, rear looser and other attachments can be installed to meet the diversified needs of customers.

7、Accompanied with anti-roll-over (FOPS/ROPS) cab, good sealing, safe and reliable; wide vision, in the turn, crab line and corner levelling work, it is conducive to observing the state of both ends of the shovel blade, and the work precision is high.
