SDLG G9180 Motor Grader

G9180 is a high-speed, high-efficiency, high-precision and multi-purpose product developed by SDLG on the basis of absorbing the advanced technology of Europe, which can achieve the work of ground levelling and trench digging, slope scraping, bulldozing, snow draining, thinning, compaction, fabrication, and mixing, etc., and it is widely used in the construction conditions of highways, airports, national defence projects, mine construction, road building, water conservancy construction, and farmland improvement.

1、Configured with Weichai WP6G190E22 engine, which is perfectly matched with Hangzhou gear 6WG180 transmission to achieve better performance and fuel efficiency, energy saving and high efficiency.

2、Adopting high-pressure gear pump and imported multi-way valve, double pumps and double circuit quantitative hydraulic system, the whole machine working system pressure is 21MPa, high operating efficiency.

3、Front wheels can be tilted ± 18 °, greatly reducing the turning radius, the whole machine mobile and flexible. When working on slopes, the front wheels are tilted to increase the adhesion and improve the stability of the whole machine. The tilted front wheels can offset the side force of the material on the shovel blade and prevent the front wheels from slipping.

4. Adopting Volvo technology, the pallet-type working device driven by double cylinders has large driving force and high reliability; the shovel blade can be rotated with load, and the working precision is high.

5、The pendulum frame adopts lubrication-free and maintenance-free composite bearings, with small friction coefficient, impact resistance, wear resistance and high reliability; it adopts hydraulic locking cylinder for positioning, which is easy to operate.

6、Standard cab, good sealing, safe and reliable; front vision is clear, can clearly see the front wheels, shovel knife, easy to operate, high precision operation.

7、The electrical of the whole machine adopts centralised control, three-stage alarm electronic monitoring system, digital step meter display, high man-machine interaction and convenient testing and maintenance.
