SDLG G9200 Motor Grader

G9200 is a high-speed, high-efficiency, high-precision and multi-purpose product developed by SDLG on the basis of absorbing VOLVO’s advanced technology, which can achieve the work of ground levelling and trenching, slope scraping, bulldozing, snow draining, loosening, compaction, fabrication, mixing, etc., and it can be widely used in highways, airports, national defence projects, mine construction, road construction, water conservancy construction, and agricultural improvement and other construction work conditions.

1、Equipped with Dalian Deutz electronically controlled monobloc pump engine which meets National III emission standard, adopting Deutz engine platform, high fuel injection pressure, energy saving and environmental protection, strong oil adaptability, suitable for harsh working conditions, with three power curves, perfectly matched with Hangzhou gearbox, the corresponding power mode can be selected according to the load to achieve better performance and fuel efficiency, energy saving and high efficiency.

2、The whole machine adopts centralized control, three-level alarm electronic monitoring system, digital step meter display, high man-machine interaction, and convenient inspection and maintenance; the whole machine control has automatic cruise function, which makes the engine work under the set speed and reduces the labour intensity of the operator.

3、Adopting VOLVO advanced technology double cylinder drive pallet type working device, adopting double rotary cylinder and rotary valve structure, with large driving force, and can be rotated with load.

4、With anti-roll-over (FOPS/ROPS) cab, good sealing, safe and reliable; wide field of vision, in the turn, crab line and corner levelling work, it is conducive to observing the state of the shovel blade at both ends, and the work precision is high.

5、The pendulum frame adopts lubrication-free and maintenance-free composite bearing, with small friction coefficient, impact resistance, wear resistance and high reliability; it adopts hydraulic locking cylinder for positioning and easy operation.

6、Optional front pusher plate, middle looser, rear looser and other attachments can be installed to meet the diversified needs of customers.

7、The optimised arrangement of shovel blade structure and oil cylinder makes the operation levelness high.
