SDLG G9290 Motor Grader

G9290 is a high-speed, high-efficiency, high-precision and multi-purpose product developed by SDLG on the basis of absorbing VOLVO’s advanced technology, which can achieve the work of ground levelling and trenching, slope scraping, bulldozing, snow draining, loosening, compaction, fabrication, mixing, etc., and it can be widely used in highways, airports, national defence projects, mine construction, road construction, water conservancy construction, and agricultural improvement and other construction work conditions.

1.The SDLG new and enhanced ROPS/FOPS cab has excellent visibility, with great operator comfort for best efficiency and performance.

2.Powered by an SDLG SD130B Stage III common rail diesel engine, offering high torque at low revs, with Variable Horse Power technology–all to supply outstanding fuel efficiency and high  performance when needed.

3.Efficient cooling package with operator controlled reversible fan.

4.Great maintenance access through large, openable rear doors.

5.Fitted with an SDLG HTE840S transmission designed by Volvo, with 8 speed forward gears, 4 reverse, and a dedicated grader transmission.

6.Heavy-duty chain driven tandem with differential lock on the rear axle and heavy-duty tandem bearings.

7.The unique SDLG dual cylinder turning circle offers optimal performance during grading, and

this, together with wide-stance lift cylinders, provides the stable grading platform needed for

less rework and a smoother finished surface.

8.Variable displacement axial piston pump supplying oil to the proportional demand closed

center load sensing main control valve gives excellent blade control.

9.14 foot moldboard blade with wide range of mobility including rotation, side-shifting and tilting up to allow banking and ditching.

10.The outstanding mobility of the SDLG heavy-duty front axle helps to maintain a level moldboard, providing a better finished grade.

11.The durable and reliable frame comes factory-prepared to accept all types of attachment.
