Power system

●Configured with WP12 electronically controlled engine, the emission meets the national non-road machinery Ⅲ stage emission requirements, intelligent and efficient, with strong parts versatility and low maintenance cost.

Adopting electronically controlled hydrostatic drive transmission system, the vehicle speed automatically adapts to the load change, and it can provide the best working speed under different working loads with high productivity.

●Equipped with three optional operating modes, which can be selected by the operator according to different working conditions and target demands. With the application of intelligent matching technology for working conditions, the comprehensive fuel consumption can be reduced by about 25% under light load mode, and the powerful power of 265 hp can be achieved under heavy load mode, and the working efficiency can be increased by 15%-20%.

Driving Environment

●Six-side unibody cab, large space, good vision, low vibration, low noise, tight sealing, and can realize positive pressure of 45Pa.

●Suspended single gas pedal, small size, large foot space, comfortable maneuvering.

Large adjustable range of seats and armrests, optimized position of mirrors, and many “armrests” inside the cab provide the most comfortable and safe maneuvering position for the driver.

The whole cab is sealed, equipped with 4-point MDS vibration damping system, with low vibration noise, and the noise at the driver’s ear can be reduced to 81dB.

Control system

Imported Linde WISE controller is adopted to control the whole vehicle, with stable performance and high reliability.

●With multiple steering modes, configurable fan reversal and other functions, the equipment is smarter, more efficient and safer.

●With self-diagnostic function, it can accurately point out the direction of the cause of the fault and shorten the downtime for maintenance.

● A new generation of intelligent control upgrade, more powerful functions, the whole machine control program in collaboration with Linde development to match the compatibility; new slip rate control, Eco mode control, steering mode control, reverse engine mode, automatic idling and other functions, to achieve the best match of power, efficiency and fuel consumption; eco mode, to maintain a high level of operational efficiency while saving more than 10% of fuel consumption.

Work Adaptability

● The whole machine adopts double-circuit electronically controlled hydrostatic drive system, load self-adaptation, steering with load, in-situ steering, stepless speed regulation, flexible and efficient, with excellent performance in narrow field construction.

The chassis system has long grounding length, large ground clearance, smooth driving, good passability, and can be equipped with half-U shovel, U shovel, coal pushing shovel, straight tilting shovel, sanitation shovel, rock shovel, looser, towing frame, rear protection frame according to the specific working conditions, which has strong working ability, and is equipped with LED working light with higher brightness as standard, which improves the lighting ability of the construction at night, and is more safe and reliable.

The wiring harness of the whole vehicle adopts LEONI wiring harness, seamless bellows, wire splitter, and high protection level.

● Modularized structural design of the whole machine, electrical system and hydraulic system components are reasonably arranged, full-open shroud, easy to disassemble and install, large maintenance space, low failure rate, easy to maintain, and maintenance efficiency is increased by more than 50%.
