1. Power system

● Equipped with Shangchai 96KW high-power engine, which meets National IV emissions, has low noise and strong power, and can be applied to various working conditions. It is also equipped with an economical mode to save energy and reduce noise.

2. Control system

● Use imported Finnish EPEC controller, combined with Shantui intelligent management system, to ensure the continuity and stability of paving;

● Equipped with a large-screen color display, real-time monitoring of construction parameters, fault diagnosis function, simple operation, and more friendly human-computer interaction;

● Standard MOBA imported contact leveling instrument, intelligent leveling system, high leveling accuracy and strong anti-interference performance.

● Intelligent power generation system adds temperature sensors to the left and right basic sections and left and right telescopic sections and adds control functions for each section. It has temperature display, automatic heating and constant temperature control functions for each section.

● The newly upgraded three-parameter adjustable screed lift control system is adaptable to a variety of working conditions, and there will be no indentation during shutdown.

● Equipped with a material truck command system, which simplifies the interaction with the material truck and makes construction easier.

● Equipped with electric latch, easy and convenient to operate.

3. Hydraulic telescopic screed

● Equipped with double-supported multi-level sliding columns, high-strength frame and strong deformation resistance, ensuring excellent stability at the maximum paving width;

● The paving width is 0.8-4.5m, the stepless telescopic range is 1.8-3.2m, and it is equipped with a single vibrating compaction device and has strong adaptability to working conditions;

● The new electric heating system design can provide real-time heating and significantly reduce the heating time to ensure high-quality paving operations on asphalt pavement.

4. Walking system

● It adopts independent left and right microcomputers to fully control the hydraulic system, which has excellent low-speed stability and driving linearity;

● Adopt industry-leading Shantui four-wheel products, which are wear-resistant, have long service life, and have stable driving and paving speeds;

● The tensioning system realizes semi-automatic tensioning function, eliminating customers’ daily tensioning work.

5. Material receiving system

● The 13t super-large reinforced hopper ensures high construction efficiency; the hoppers on both sides are independently controlled, and the push rod can be folded with the hopper to ensure that there is no problem in receiving materials when working against obstacles such as walls;

● The unloading height is 580mm, the lowest among the same models, making truck unloading smoother;

● Thickened hopper bottom plate and high-strength hopper support effectively prevent hopper deformation.

6. Material transport and distribution system

● Adopt left and right independently driven material conveying and distribution systems, combined with segmented material level control technology and ultrasonic sensing control technology to ensure stable material level and uniform distribution;

● The material conveying system is equipped with a reversal function to effectively avoid material jamming;

● Ultra-narrow material distribution chassis design effectively reduces intermediate segregation;

● It adopts large diameter and large pitch spiral blades with strong material distributing ability and low speed to avoid segregation;

● The material distribution device adopts an integral hydraulic lifting structure and adopts a bolt-free design, which is easy to adjust and adapts to working conditions of different paving thicknesses;

7. Driving environment

● The console can slide left and right and adjust the angle front and back to meet the operating comfort of operators in different positions and sizes;

● The suspended seat can be rotated to the outside of the fuselage to facilitate construction observation. The fiberglass roof is equipped with tarpaulin as standard, which has good sunshade effect and allows the operator to have a comfortable driving experience;

● The console is equipped with a USB power interface for easy charging of mobile phones; the armrests of the seats are equipped with water cup holders and mobile phone storage slots, making human-computer interaction more friendly;

● With the help of a manual hydraulic pump, the cab and exhaust tailpipe can be raised and lowered at the same time for easy transportation.

● Equipped with left and right rearview mirrors, it is convenient for the operator to observe the left and right material distribution levels.

8. Maintenance

● The engine hood and left and right side doors can be opened as a whole, and all working pumps, control valves and filter elements are within easy reach, making maintenance points easy to access;

● Equipped with a centralized lubrication system to automatically deliver grease to the scraper conveyor and screw distributor bearings.

● Equipped with an electric diesel spray device to facilitate asphalt cleaning and reduce daily maintenance time.
