Main Features

This chips spreader is a dedicated road paving machine that spreads asphalt in layers. The chips spreader can be used to evenly spread chips of a certain grain size on the asphalt road for constructing asphalt top layer or clay-bound roads.

Electrical System

All the 16 hopper doors are under individual control, which enables flexible control of spreading width. The hopper is easy to install and lift, and has limited safety measures.

Mechanical System

Fine-adjustment device on the hopper solves the uneven spreading issue of traditional chipping spreaders. The specially designed roller anti-slip device provide a solution to that the chips fail to fall down.

Distribution plate and lower stripper have adjustable tilting angles, applicable to spread chips of different sizes (3-30mm).

Gas Circuit

Control A water/vapor filter is equipped in gas circuit to ensure system stability.
