The XE135GA hydraulic excavator is a state-of-the-art off-road machine developed by XCMG Group. Leveraging XCMG’s proprietary matching technology, the XE135GA achieves higher operating efficiency and significantly lower fuel consumption, outperforming both domestic and international models of the same tonnage. The hydraulic system has been further optimized to enhance precision and improve handling, providing better leveling and loading capabilities.

Powered by a robust 89 kW engine with a customized working characteristic curve, the XE135GA operates at low speeds with high torque, delivering optimal performance. The high-pressure common rail injection system utilizes a new control strategy, with the ECM automatically adjusting the injection timing and volume based on load conditions during each operational cycle. This results in stronger power, improved fuel economy, and compliance with the latest off-road National IV emission standards without the need for urea. The 4.5L engine provides increased explosive power and smoother operation, with a 3 kW power boost and a 6% increase in maximum torque compared to the previous National III XE135D model. The regeneration cycle lasts over 100 hours, while the DPF cleaning cycle extends to more than 5,000 hours, reducing maintenance costs.

A new large-displacement, high-efficiency main pump reduces internal leakage, increasing power density and workload capacity. The new-generation main valve reduces pressure loss by eliminating some of the logic valves, resulting in enhanced working performance. The bucket cylinder has been reinforced, increasing digging force by up to 9%, making cutting tasks more powerful and efficient.

The excavator is equipped with a large-size pure parallel aluminum radiator featuring integral brazing technology. It is paired with an oversized positive pressure degassing expansion tank that minimizes cavitation and improves pump longevity. The system is further optimized with a large-diameter fan and a refined wind-field design through finite element simulations, which reduce the heat balance temperature. This configuration ensures reliable operation even in high-temperature environments, withstanding up to 50°C.

The rotary platform adopts a new rigid box structure, with a 25% increase in the thickness of key plates and a 30% reduction in maximum stress, improving strength and durability. The D-shaped pipe structure of the side beams enhances resistance to external impacts, while the robot-welding technology used in the platform’s main body boosts the safety and longevity of structural parts. Vibration isolation improvements, including a ≥17 dB engine suspension system and ≥7 dB cab suspension system, result in a smoother and more comfortable operation.

The lower vehicle’s walking mechanism features strengthened chain track joints that enhance impact resistance and extend the lifespan of the tracks. The grease tray has been upgraded from a welded component to an integrated stamped part, ensuring better seal installation and improved sealing performance. The X-beam structure has been reinforced with larger box beams and thicker plates, significantly boosting the strength of the end faces.

The XE135GA features a newly designed super-large vision cab that offers 10% more visibility and 5% more operational space. Positive pressure inside the cab reduces dust entry, while enhanced sealing minimizes noise. The new seat structure includes an 8% wider and longer cushion, and the armrest box can be adjusted synchronously with the seat, ensuring greater comfort and making all controls easily accessible for operators.

The new-generation electronic control system includes a one-touch start function, a high-resolution touch-screen display, and an intuitive page layout for clearer visuals and easier interaction. The advanced CAN bus control system enhances data management efficiency by allowing faster communication between the monitor, controller, GPS, radio, air conditioning controller, and engine ECM. Entertainment features, including Bluetooth, AUX, and USB ports, allow operators to enjoy work and leisure simultaneously.
