XCMG XR280D rotary drilling rig adopts special hydraulic telescopic crawler chassis for rotary drilling rigs, which meets super stability and convenient transport. It adopts imported Cummins turbocharged engine (Euro III emission stage), with strong power, enough power reserve to meet the plateau construction, and the noise and emission meet the national standard. Constant power optimal power output keeps the whole machine in the best working condition. The hydraulic system adopts load sensing technology, which makes the hydraulic system more efficient and energy-saving.

-Intelligent control system with independent intellectual property rights, the application of CAN bus and PLC control system, including automatic/manual adjustment of verticality of drilling mast, automatic detection and display of depth, automatic display of slewing angle, and intelligent troubleshooting control.

-Adopting single-row rope main winch, effectively solving the problem of wire rope wear and improving the service life of wire rope.

-Infrared camera is installed to observe the main winch, and the wire rope usage of the main winch can be observed day and night in the driver’s cab.

-Equipped with centralised lubrication system as standard, which makes maintenance more convenient.

-The whole machine has passed the European Union CE certification of German Rheinland Company.
