XR550D rotary drilling rig adopts H-type hydraulic telescopic crawler chassis special for rotary drilling rigs, equipped with large-diameter slewing bearing, which ensures superb stability and convenient transport, and the chassis is equipped with swinging outriggers, which can be assisted in dismantling.

2. the hydraulic system adopts load sensing technology, which makes the hydraulic system more efficient and energy-saving; it adopts three-in-one combined radiator system, which has a compact structure and high heat dissipation efficiency;

3. adopts imported Cummins engine with strong power, enough power reserve to meet the plateau construction, noise and emission meet Euro III standard;

4. the unique large triangular luffing mechanism and large drilling mast cross-section improve the stability of the equipment and ensure the quality of drilling during the construction of large holes and ultra-deep pile holes;

5. XCMG D series single-row rope main winch structure, the main winch wire rope can meet the single-row rope winding under the state of full drilling depth, which effectively solves the problem of wire rope “biting”, and greatly prolongs the service life of the wire rope;

6. the power head has normal mode and rock mode, respectively for soil layer and rock layer operation, improve the construction efficiency, the power head has automatic rotation function, can be continuously adjustable speed in normal mode and rock mode;

7. Standardly equipped with centralised lubrication system, which makes maintenance more convenient and improves working reliability.
