Energy saving and efficient
Supercharged and intercooled engine, with high fuel injection pressure, strong power and high productivity; sufficient combustion, meeting the National III emission requirements, energy saving and environmental protection;
Electronically controlled single pump structure, the channel inlet of the injector is equipped with a gap filter to ensure the cleanliness of the fuel entering the injector and good fuel and oil adaptability;
The engine performance is carefully adjusted to not only meet the efficiency requirements in the high-speed section, but also reduce fuel consumption in the economic zone in the medium-speed section;
The engine’s “five modes and ten gears” settings automatically adjust power matching and optimize operating modes to meet customers’ multi-working condition selection requirements;
The unique automatic idle function reduces the speed to different speeds according to different user operations, making the energy saving and noise reduction effects more obvious.

The regeneration function of the working device can supply part of the pressure oil in the small chamber of the oil cylinder and the pressure oil output from the pump to the large chamber of the oil cylinder at the same time. The recovery speed of the bucket rod is fast and stable, improving work efficiency.
Reliable and durable
Reinforced boom/stick: The structural component failure rate is the lowest in the industry;
Reinforced bucket: The wear-prone parts of the bucket (front, both sides and bottom) are welded with reinforcement plates made of super wear-resistant materials. The average service life of the bucket is more than 20% longer than that of traditional models;
Reinforced “X” walking frame: The reinforced design of the stress-concentrated beam structure increases the strength of the cross-section by more than 35% compared with traditional models, making it more adaptable to harsh working conditions and heavy load conditions.
Comfort and convenience
Maintenance points are concentrated on one side: the electronically controlled single pump is arranged on the cylinder block and is directly driven by the camshaft through the tappet. It has a compact structure and good rigidity, so it has small vibration, low noise (less than 96 decibels), and a comfortable control environment;
Except for the starter and supercharger, all maintenance points of the engine are concentrated on the same side of the engine, making them easy to maintain;
The open hood opens at a large angle: the left and right hoods of the excavator and the top engine hood have a large opening angle, making maintenance very convenient;
Centralized maintenance points: centralized electrical layout: EECU, complete machine fuses, and relays are centrally arranged in the left front cover (adjacent to the air filter), and there is a layout printed on the back of the cover
